About

Summary

I’ve always had a passion for cutting edge technologies, new software, online businesses, video production, community management, entertainment and gaming.

In 2006 I graduated from Sheridan College (Oakville, ON) with a 3-year diploma in E-Commerce Management. I then worked for a year at JumpTV.com as a Quality of Service Analyst. From there I decided to get into video production and began another 3-year program, this time at Loyalist College (Belleville, ON) in Television & New Media Production.

In my 2nd year at Loyalist College I won a 2009 Loyalist College Sparky Award for ‘Best Commercial Production’ which I acted on as a Writer & Producer. I then interned at 567 Visual Effects in downtown Toronto.

After completing my 3rd and final year in the Television & New Media Production program at Loyalist College I received a couple of awards including a 2010 Loyalist College Sparky Award for ‘Best Corporate Production’ where I acted on as Producer. I had an absolute blast in the program, meeting a ton of great people and learning a lot.

After graduation I worked as an intern at CTV in Toronto, and then went on to freelance as a video editor for CTV News. Now I work in an incredible position at AMD as a Games Marketing Assistant, where I help the team with various projects including the web, newsletter, and promotions in the videogame space.

I also continue to work on personal projects on the side such as my community site and podcast, my own personal website/blog, and script writing and idea brainstorming for everything from commercials to music videos to movies.
